Jennifer Montoya is an associate attorney at Alter, Wolff & Foley LLP. Jennifer represents her clients in all aspects of family and matrimonial law.
Prior to joining AWF, Jennifer worked as the senior manager for a boutique financial services firm specializing in complex high net-worth matrimonial litigation and alternative dispute resolution for approximately six years. Jennifer is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and trained Mediator. She uses her unique background in law and finance to provide comprehensive, compassionate and invaluable service to clients looking to resolve or litigate financial issues such as asset or income tracing, complicated compensation structures, or high-end lifestyle matters.
Jennifer graduated from Brooklyn Law School in May 2013, with a focus on Family Law. While in law school, Jennifer was a member of the Uncontested Divorce Project for Battered Women and Indigent Clients. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University in 2009.
Jennifer is admitted to the Bar in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
