Camille A. Placa joined Alter, Wolff & Foley LLP in May 2016 as a legal assistant and became the firm's office administrator in January 2018.
As the firm's office administrator, she supports the accounting and human resources roles.
As a legal assistant , Camille assists attorneys and clients, prepares statements of net worth, drafts divorce papers, manages discovery, prepares exhibits and other material for depositions and trials, assembles all materials for records on appeal, and proofreads, formats and cite checks legal documents.
Camille earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Iona College in 2004. She has worked in the legal field since high school.
In 2004, Camille joined Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP as an assistant to attorneys in both family law and general litigation groups; she began working with Jenifer in 2005 and has worked closely with her and the rest of the firm's matrimonial group ever since then.
Camille and her husband have one child. She enjoys DIY projects, cooking, and hosting dinner parties for family and friends.
