Allison Saperstein is an associate attorney at Alter, Wolff & Foley LLP. Allison represents her clients in all aspects of family law litigation, including asset division, spousal maintenance, child support, child custody agreements, modification, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.
Prior to joining AWF, Allison was an associate attorney at a mid-sized civil litigation firm, where she handled all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including conducting depositions and writing a number of motions for summary judgment. Prior to working in civil litigation, Allison was the Assistant Court Attorney to a New York County judge.
Allison graduated from University of Miami School of Law with Honors in 2012. While in law school, Allison received a three-year public interest leadership scholarship and served as a member of the Children and Youth Law Clinic during her second year, where she represented current and former foster youth related to adoption, health care, and educational issues. Allison received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan in 2008.
